Returns & Exchanges

At CboysTV, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Make sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor the status of your return.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
